Absolutely. We understand that life circumstances can change. You can request to freeze your subscription, and the available freeze periods are: * 3-month subscription: freeze for 2 weeks (14 days) * 6-month subscription: freeze for 1 month (30 days) * 12-month subscription: freeze for 2 months (60 days)

You can request a full refund within 24 hours of payment. The reason for this policy is that after 24 hours, our expert team has already begun dedicating their time and effort to analyzing your data and designing your custom program from scratch. We guarantee you a service and plan that exceed expectations.

No, the subscription is not automatic. Before your subscription expires, our customer service team will contact you to remind you and explain the available renewal options so you can continue your journey without interruption.

Yes! Once your subscription is activated, you will have immediate access to your Informa account. You can explore the app, get familiar with its interface, and most importantly, fill out the comprehensive data form that will be used to build your plan. Your personalized nutrition and workout plans will appear in your account once our team finishes designing them within 5 business days, and you will receive a notification.

Currently, our meal plans are primarily designed to include animal protein sources to ensure a precise balance of nutrients needed for transformation. Therefore, at this time, we may not be the best option for a fully vegan or vegetarian diet. We are continuously improving our plans and hope to accommodate all dietary preferences in the future.

Flexibility is the foundation of our meal plan. Each main meal in your plan comes with a list of healthy, calorie- and macro-controlled alternatives. This gives you full freedom to choose what you like daily, ensuring you never feel bored or forced to eat something you don’t want. Our goal is for you to enjoy your journey.

Not at all. Informa’s philosophy is to achieve results primarily through natural, proper nutrition. The programs are designed to provide all your nutritional needs. Supplements are entirely optional and recommended only in specific cases to improve performance or cover certain deficiencies, after discussion. They are never required for achieving a great transformation.

We completely understand the challenges of a fast-paced life. That’s why we design your plan to include quick and easy-to-prepare meals. Additionally, through the “Informa Kitchen,” we provide meal prep ideas you can prepare in one day, saving you time and effort throughout the week.

Absolutely. Our system is fully flexible. When filling out your data form, you can specify your preferred workout location (gym or home) and any available equipment. Our team will design a fully personalized and effective workout program based on this information to achieve the best results from your location.

Your programs evolve with you. Before the end of each subscription month, you will be asked to fill out a “Follow-Up Form” to update your data, measurements, and any feedback. Our team uses this new information to design the next month’s plan with adjustments aimed at breaking any plateaus and ensuring consistent progress.

The Informa follow-up trainers are a select group of certified experts personally trained in Captain Hussein Informa’s methodology. They are an extension of his expertise, and their main role is to be your daily partner in success — ensuring your commitment, answering questions, and providing support and motivation to achieve your goals.

Follow-Up Day is your personal check-in with your trainer to ensure success. The trainer will contact you via WhatsApp to ask about your adherence to the nutrition and workout plan, energy levels, any challenges you faced, and answer any questions. The goal is to resolve issues immediately and celebrate your achievements.

Absolutely. Captain Hussein supervises the design of all initial plans to ensure they align with your goals. During your journey, your follow-up trainer submits periodic reports on your progress and before-and-after transformation photos. In the Mega package, Captain Hussein communicates directly with you via WhatsApp weekly to provide guidance and ensure you are on the right track.

This depends on several individual factors, including starting weight, body type, genetics, and plan adherence. We focus on healthy, sustainable weight loss (usually between 0.5 to 1 kg per week) rather than rapid, unhealthy drops. The most important aspect is building strong habits and noticing changes in measurements, clothing fit, and energy levels.

If at any time you feel you’re not achieving your expected results, the first and most important step is to communicate directly with your trainer. Our team will review your adherence and reports, discuss challenges, and determine if your plan needs adjustments. Transparency and communication are key.
